One of the satisfied customers says that he had a very good experience with Mr. Rooter from start to end. He says the office staff was very nice in answering the call and Mr. Rooter guys came in as on time scheduled early in the morning and fixed a two way cleaning system with in lunch time and they were highly committed to their work as well as honest and friendly. The customer also compared the rates of Mr. Rooter with the other plumbing companies and said that Mr. Rooter was very reasonable considering the quality of service they provide.
Another pleased customer said that it was on a holiday when he had to face the problem of a bad sewer and called up Mr. Rooter. The guy came in within 15 minutes and was very pleasant. The customer’s sewage pipes were a bit unusual so the Mr. Rooter Guy gave him three options which were just fixing the current problem, fixing the problem and doing something to stop further blockages making it easier and cheaper and the third one was to go for some long term solution which would be expensive. He answered all their queries very patiently and the customer went for the second option. Mr. Rooter Guy then fixed the problem leaving the customer satisfied.
Another customer says that the mechanics reached in an hour and were very professional and fair and fixed the problem within minutes.
We have had many positive reviews but there are customers who have problems with the rates. One of such customers said that upon calling Mr. Rooter people, he would be getting a free estimation but unfortunately when the technician arrived he said he would first take the toilet out and do a full check at the rate of $375. The customer was frustrated because technicians weren’t trying out any method to even solve the problem and before that itself they were charging him $375.
Some customers complain that Mr. Rooter uses less experienced and cheaper workers, who are given incentives on “Upsell” that is they sell you stuff more than you require. Customer had a bad experience as the technician broke one of his pipes while clearing a clog.
On the whole the picture looks bright for Mr. Rooter as we have a number of satisfied customers and inevitably, few unhappy customers. The positives are that they have reasonable rates, quick and provide efficient services with the plumbers being pleasant and professional. Negatives being that over the service call Mr. Rooter should not over promise and under deliver. They need to provide a check on the problem before giving out quotes.
Mr. Rooter experienced a fella come on Sunday, at no extra charge, and evaluate whether my water pressure could possibly be improved. Although it couldn’t devoid of mucho dinero, the fella spent time explaining my water heater to me, how the pipes get the job done, where the emergency shut-off is, and so forth.
He gave me an estimate on all from the operate he suggested. He also put cloth booties over his shoes, so as not to track in any dirt. He was really professional and friendly. Kohler. He 1st arrived at my house at 9am. He left came back with
new toilet, removed the old one, and installed the new one and he
was finished by 12:45pm.
I by no means thought I can be so pleased having a plumber that I’d really wish to take the time to write a review about the practical experience. But our expertise with Mr. Rooter Plumbing was that very good.
Late on a beautiful Sunday morning a few weeks ago, we discovered a great deal of uncooked sewage backing up into a storage space inside the basement of our three-flat constructing. We very first named a plumber proposed by a neighbor, who stated he’d be there in two or 3 hrs. Sorry to hijack this thread, but I am looking for a good local plumber and I can’t figure out who is good and who is not… has anyone ever heard of thisplumber? They’re based out of Bedford, 20 mins from my home I can’t find reviews on them – Bedford Plumbers, Suite 162b, St Loyes House, St Loyes Street, Bedford MK40 1ZL – 01234 522159
